MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedal
ALT-CLPS-MK0-SGR
Elite Performance
ALT MK0 brings our proven XC race platform to another level. DLC-coated Ti axles, PVD-coated Ti hardware, and aggressive machining drops 49g of weight. At 246g per pair, they are built for extreme performance in World Cup XC and gravel racing. ALT MK0 are substantially lighter, thinner, and offer better power transfer than any other SPD compatible pedal.
MK0 components are proudly machined at Wolf Tooth HQ in Minnesota, USA.
Unrivaled Power Transfer
MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedals feature an extra large platform area that maximizes pedal to shoe contact, creating unprecedented power transfer when compared to other XC pedals. Most SPD-compatible XC pedals only contact the shoe at the cleat and cage interface, which can feel like pedaling on a golf ball.

MEANINGFUL GAINS
MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedals are lighter, feature more platform area, and have a thinner pedal body than the competition for maximum control, power transfer, and ground clearance.

Multi-Material Optimization
For MK0, we doubled down on our ALT pedal design, leveraging even more aerospace materials, each optimized for weight savings, durability, and speed. Titanium axles and hardware, stainless steel bindings, and finely machined 6061 aluminum pedal bodies converge in a special blend of high performance witchcraft.

Crisp SPD Interface
MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedals feature an SPD-compatible stainless steel binding that works with your existing SPD cleats, and are optimized for our Wolf Tooth MK0 stainless steel cleats, included in the box. We improved the clip in and out experience so you can swiftly clip in at the start of the race, stay clipped in when it matters most, and unclip as quickly as needed.
Adjustable Q Factor
Adjusting the Q factor (pedal stance width) moves the pedal toward or away from the center of the bike. MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedals feature patent-pending Q factor adjustment options of 51, 55, and 59mm to fine-tune your fit, and ship set at 55mm. Adjusting Q factor is simple enough to do at home.

Ground Clearance and Mud Shedding
We designed MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedals with a thin profile and open center. A thin profile means a reduced chance of pedal strikes when cornering or riding over rocks and roots. The open center quickly sheds mud that can interfere with clipping in and out to ensure that your clips and unclips are quick and reliable.
Featherweight And Durable
MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedals are built with the finest components available for strength, durability, and weight reduction. Inside you'll find DLC-coated machined titanium axles, three low-friction cartridge bearings, and an igus bushing with a custom radial seal that protects internal components from trail debris. Simply put: these pedals perform at the highest level in any conditions.

We believe in your right to be able to fix your components. Crashes happen, parts get misplaced, things go bump in the night. All individual parts are available as replacement parts.

Wolf Tooth MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedals are designed for commanding performance on trails and gravel roads. These pedals are simultaneously lighter and thinner than their Shimano, Hope, and HT counterparts, with an exceptionally low stack height, while also having more platform area for control and power transfer. This body design also features a more open center for better mud clearance than other clipless bike pedals. The SPD-compatible clip-in/out experience is quick and precise, with Wolf Tooth cleats included.
The MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedals have an adjustable Q factor in 4 mm increments. Inside the pedal is a stainless steel axle, three bearings, and two spacers. The spacers and bearings can be rearranged for Q factors of 51, 55, or 59 mm. This is simple enough for anyone to do at home. A spacer kit including four 2 mm spacers is available for purchase to further fine tune Q Factor adjustment. Like most Wolf Tooth components and accessories, replacement parts and service guides are available via Wolf Tooth Right to Repair.
