Production Assembler

Wolf Tooth Components seeks a motivated individual to work in our assembly department.

Experience:

Organizational aptitude. Detail-oriented. Strong communication skills and a desire to work hard are a must.

Duties will include, but not be limited too:    

  • Laser engraving
  • Product finishing work
  • Product assembly 
  • UPC labeling
  • Product packaging packaging
  • Picking and shipping

Expectations:

  • Learn and understand warehouse procedures
  • On-task, work completed in a reasonable time
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Work safely
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. on occasion
  • Ability to be on your feet much of the day

Compensation:

Hourly $13-16 depending on experience

Hours:

Full time - 35+ hours per week. Two shift options: 8-4 M-F or 12-8 M-F.  Potential for overtime.

CNC Machine Operator

Wolf Tooth Components seeks a motivated individual with the desire to become a CNC Machinists for vertical CNC milling and/or turning. Wolf Tooth has several machines in our current facility and we have plans to add several more.

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with good knowledge of basic math.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, follow instructions, perform repetitive tasks and conform to safety rules.
  • Possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to work with one's hands.
  • Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meet required performance goals by performing work efficiently and avoiding unnecessary distraction.
  • Assist with machine maintenance and keep a clean and organized workspace.
  • Willingly perform various assignments while exhibiting a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and possess the ability to get along with others.

Duties will include, but not be limited too:

  • Raw part deburring
  • CNC machine operation
  • Quality assurance and part inspection
  • Product assembly
  • Product packaging
  • Taking inventory

Expectations:

  • Learn and understand warehouse procedures
  • On-task, work completed in a reasonable time
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Ability to learn basic software and shipping systems
  • Work safely
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. on occasion
  • Ability to be on your feet much of the day

Available positions:
Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.

 

While the work environment is climate controlled, clean, and safe, it is a manufacturing facility, with occasional airborne fumes and particles, mechanical hazards, and an increased noise level. The wearing of ear and eye protection is required as needed. The employee is also required to stand for up to 3 hours between breaks, regularly use their hands in operation of machining and part production, and regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
