Lithic Carbon Mountain Fork Adjustable Offset Instructions

1: Remove the Front Wheel

2: Rotate the Flip-Chip 180°

Using a 5mm hex wrench, eject the driveside droupout assembly. Rotate the flip-chip 180° and click it back into the dropout.

3: Adjust the Brake-side Dropout

Loosen the brake-side dropout bolt. With the threaded end of your thru axle remove the flip-chip.

Roate the flip-chip 180° and the shift the dropout to line up and click them together.

As the Axle position shifts, the brake will remain aligned.

4: Secure the Bolt

Secure the bolt to 10Nm with a torque wrench.

5: Replace Front Wheel

Replace the front wheel, and tighten the thru axel. Torque the thru axle to 15Nm.
