Factory Service Request
Proper maintenance will maximize the performance of your Wolf Tooth products. We offer replacement parts and service instructions for our products to help you keep your Resolve Dropper post working like new. Our factory service technicians are also available to provide the 100 hour maintenance service or a full rebuild service for you. If your dropper isn't performing as it should, fill out the Service Request Form and we'll figure out how we can get you back on the trail as soon as possible.
Service Details & Cost
100 Hour Service - $75:
- Teardown & Clean (but not cartridge)
- Inspect pin play and adjust as needed with new pins
- Inspect lower bushing and replace as needed
- Replace wiper seal
- Replace air filter
- Grease and reassemble
- Upper bushing or any other parts not listed above are extra cost
- Return shipping to US address included
Full Service - $125:
- Teardown & Clean
- Inspect pin play and adjust as needed with new pins
- Inspect lower bushing and replace as needed
- Replace wiper seal
- Replace air filter
- Grease and reassemble
- Upper bushing or any other parts not listed above are extra cost
- Open cartridge and replace seals as needed
- New oil
- Nitrogen charge cartridge and leak test
- Reassemble and function test
- Return shipping to US address included
Pedal Refresh - $30:
- Disassemble and clean (the internal parts, we can't accept muddy pedals)
- Replace bearings, seals and bushings
- Replace up to 5 pins
- Additional pins, bent axles, etc will be additional charge
- Return shipping to US address included
