Low-Profile Shock Rebound Knob
Problem: every time you ride your bike, the rear suspension turns into a pogo stick because your water bottle turns the rebound knob on your Fox shock when you remove or replace it in the cage. Yes, this really happens. It was happening to the WTC crew and guys we ride with on every ride -- we were really frustrated.
Solution: the Wolf Tooth Components low-profile rebound knob is slim and smooth. It will not turn from getting bumped. You can still easily adjust your rebound setting using a 2.5 mm hex key. The photos on this page clearly show the difference between the stock rebound knob and the Wolf Tooth knob. This is one of those little things that you will wonder how you ever did without!
Fits: Fox FLOAT Factory series shocks in the XC and Trail category. Also fits some OEM Fox shocks found on major brand bikes. If your shock and rebound knob look like the photos here, it should fit.
The following brands have one or more models that could have this issue: Trek, Specialized, Cannondale, Pivot, Turner, Ibis, Yeti, Scott, Intense, Salsa. We are certain there are other brands as well -- let us know if your bike has this issue. If your water bottle is near the rebound knob, there is a very good chance your rebound setting is different than what you originally set.
Designed and made in the USA from 7075-T6 aluminum billet. Includes set screw for mounting.
